*Immigration evaluations require an attorney referral; no order needed
Kristen sends all materials directly to both parties upon receipt of the signed order.
Interviews and data collection are scheduled with all parties once the retainer is received.
All timelines are contingent on client availability and timely submission of required records and documents.

Kristen Persilver, MA, LPC, currently conducts child custody evaluations under the supervision of qualified forensic professionals in accordance with Texas Family Code §107.104. Each case is assigned to one supervising evaluator for the duration of the evaluation, ensuring consistent oversight from initiation through report completion.
Kristen maintains supervision agreements with the following professionals:

Attorneys and judges may contact Kristen Persilver directly to confirm the supervising evaluator assigned to a specific case.
A detailed fee schedule is available upon request. Fees are typically divided equally between parties unless otherwise ordered by the court. A retainer is required prior to scheduling.
All evaluations are conducted in compliance with Texas Family Code §107, Subchapter D. Kristen meets all statutory training and supervision requirements for child custody and adoption evaluations in Texas, and follows best practice guidelines established by the Association of Family and Conciliation Courts (AFCC).
